Red Schomburg (they/them) is a Boston-based photographer specializing in live music, creative portraits, and editorial-style visual storytelling.



Their work focuses on news, music, culture, civic life and human-centered documentary storytelling, combining decisive moments and honest observation with a distinctive visual point of view.


A lifelong Bostonian, Red brings deep regional knowledge and established relationships throughout Greater Boston's music, arts, nonprofit and neighborhood communities.
